Thematic Lines
During the first years of its existence (2015-2017) iNOVA4Health developed along two thematic lines: CeaseAge - Chronic Diseases and Healthy Ageing and TReAT - Translating Research to Advanced Therapies. Science-driven CeaseAge and technology-driven TReAT broadly encompassed the three core activities of the then 18 Research Groups: fundamental, developmental and clinical.
For the 2018-2022 phase, iNOVA4Health decided to focus on three Thematic Lines which emerged during the previous phase, so as to coordinate projects into synergistic programmes of research:
